Schools, instructors, salons, cosmetologists, barbers,
estheticians, manicurists, manufacturers and distributors are welcome to attend
and all are invited to join the ICBA. We have proven that we have strength when
we work together. Although we have won the first battle in our fight to stop
the deregulation of cosmetology and barbering, the war is far from over.
The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency intends to propose new legislation that will affect all Cosmetology and Barber licensing. We must act and we must act now. We cannot afford to be caught by surprise again.

Personal appearance is very important so people always seek out ways of improving it. As a result, there is always a demand for qualified Cosmetologists and Estheticians who assist them in their journey of beautification.
